The thing is games being in development for a while isn't bad, I'm just saying there's so little people with little experience that no matter how long it takes, its not going to be good no matter how much time you put in. It can be real but like I said if it is real, I believe it probably doesn't run well, and its a video that makes it look like its running well when its not if that makes sense. Like rendered stuff they claim is actual gameplay. Also something can be in development and is not that good so I think its fake footage. I know you've never made a game but I've been doing a few games since I was 14 and I know, it is impossible to make a game that ambitious as one person its impossible you need an entire team. I've googled Alex and the only game or project he's ever been associated with is paralives.

It doesn't mean that they are fooling people. The team probably makes the game look fancy on videos to get people interested. I'd say that unless their team gets bigger, Paralives won't come out until the end of the decade, but really, is this such a bad thing? I'd much rather buy a game that was worked on for 15 years and was tested in every way, than to buy whatever EA's been making 💀 3 years of development is nothing compared to how much work a game like this needs.

Most big companies don't announce that they're working on a game until it's VERY far in the development, basically almost ready for release. The progress is very slow for today's standards, but the team has been very transparent about their work. If I remember correctly, only 3 of them are programmers. You're saying that a game like this is too complicated to make for even a team of thousand people, but go on and say that paralives has been in development for 3 years and there's not enough gameplay, so it must be fake? THE TEAM HAS 10 PEOPLE IN IT. I told you soįirst of all, just because the team hasn't made a game before, doesn't mean individual people have never worked in the industry. Remember this post when this game never comes out, or comes out buggy. I know people really want an alternative to the sims, but this is not it there is no way this game is actually even ever coming out. I feel like if you try to play this on an average computer it couldn't handle it. This game doesn't make any sense, there's too many colors and shades and stuff trying to look fancy. Yet there's no actual beta or any real proof this game is real, besides concept videos and 'supposed' gameplay that could be being faked. This game has been in development for 3 years. It is impossible to make a game with as many features as the sims with one dev with no prior experience. There seems to be only one dev working on this. I've looked into this game the devs have never made any other games ever, so they have no experience and are now making a complicated game, that is hard to make with thousands of staff. Does anyone know the game Paralives, that sims youtubers keep building up hype for? I genuinely believe this game is a scam, and here's why. I'm not sure if this is the right subreddit for this.
